1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OEE Calculator application (the "App") published by Audit Tax And Book Advisor ("we", "us", "our") on Google Play. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to the Google Play Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Android devices that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or distribute the App.

3Free, Ad-Supported App

The App is free to download and use and is supported by third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any products or services they promote.

4Calculation Results

The App applies standard industrial formulas to the values you enter. Results are estimates for planning and informational purposes only and are only as accurate as your inputs.

Results do not constitute engineering, operational, financial or legal advice. Verify important figures independently before making production, staffing, investment or safety decisions.

5Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation
• Interfere with the App's security or advertising systems
• Misrepresent the App's results as certified measurements

6Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, name and logo, is owned by Audit Tax And Book Advisor and protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that results will be suitable for any particular purpose.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, production losses, or loss of data or profits arising from your use of the App or reliance on its results.

9Termination

Your licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your devices.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

11Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
