1Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Audit Tax And Book Advisor ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Expense Manager & Money Pro mobile application (the "App") on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Vision. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

2Financial Data You Enter

The accounts, transactions, categories, reminders, notes and attachments (such as photos of receipts, bills and warranty cards) you add to the App are stored locally on your device.

If you enable iCloud, this data is synchronised through Apple's iCloud service in your own private iCloud account. We cannot access, read or recover data stored in your iCloud account. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

We do not operate servers that receive or store your financial records, and we never ask for bank login credentials.

3Information Collected Automatically

To keep the App free, it may display advertising provided by Google AdMob, and it may use basic analytics to understand crashes and feature usage. These third-party services may collect:

• Device identifiers, including the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) only where you allow tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt
• Usage and product-interaction data, such as screens viewed, features used and ad interactions
• Diagnostic data, such as crash logs and performance information
• Approximate, IP-derived location used for ad delivery and fraud prevention

4How We Use Information

Automatically collected information is used to:

• Provide, maintain and improve the App
• Diagnose crashes and fix bugs
• Serve and measure advertising, including personalised ads if you consent
• Prevent fraud and abuse

5Tracking & Your Choices

On iOS you will be asked whether the App may track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", no IDFA is shared and any ads shown are non-personalised. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

You can also turn off iCloud sync for the App in your device's iCloud settings.

6Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never receive your payment card details. We only receive confirmation from Apple that a purchase is valid so the Pro Features can be unlocked.

7Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third parties, each with its own privacy policy: Apple (App Store, iCloud, StoreKit) and Google AdMob (advertising). We encourage you to review their policies.

8Data Retention & Deletion

Because your financial data lives on your device and in your iCloud, you control it. Deleting a transaction or account in the App removes it, and deleting the App removes the local copy. To remove the iCloud copy, delete the App's data under Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.

Data held by advertising and analytics partners is retained according to their policies.

9Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

10Security

Data on your device is protected by iOS/macOS security, including device passcode and encryption. iCloud data is protected by Apple's security measures. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we design the App to minimise the data that ever leaves your device.

11Your Rights

Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the GDPR or US state laws, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to withdraw consent. Most data is under your direct control in the App. For anything else, contact us using the details below.

12Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
