1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Expense Manager & Money Pro application (the "App") published by Audit Tax And Book Advisor ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or distribute the App.

3Pro Features & In-App Purchases

Certain features are available through an optional in-app purchase. Prices are shown in the App Store before purchase and may vary by region. All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms.

Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Purchases can be restored on your other devices using "Restore Purchases" with the same Apple ID.

4Not Financial, Tax or Legal Advice

The App is a record-keeping and budgeting tool. Reports, charts, categories and insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, investment or legal advice. For professional advice, consult a qualified chartered accountant or advisor.

5Your Data & Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your device and Apple ID secure. Because data is stored on your device and in your iCloud, we cannot recover lost data. We recommend keeping iCloud sync enabled and exporting backups periodically.

6Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation
• Store or share unlawful content
• Interfere with the App's security, advertising or purchase systems
• Attempt to access data that does not belong to you

7Advertising

The App may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any products or services they promote.

8Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, name and logo, is owned by Audit Tax And Book Advisor and protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

9Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that calculations, reminders or sync will always be accurate or timely.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, missed payments, penalties, or loss of data or profits arising from your use of the App. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchases in the preceding twelve months.

11Termination

Your licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your devices.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

13Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
