1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Findr Docs – Doc Organizer application (the "App") published by Audit Tax And Book Advisor ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or distribute the App.

3Your Content

You keep full ownership of the documents you scan or import. You are responsible for the content you store and for keeping your own backups. Because documents are stored on your device and in your own iCloud, we cannot recover documents that are deleted or lost.

4AI Features

Folder suggestions, names, recognized text and AI Assistant answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect. Always check important details, such as expiry dates, amounts or medical information, against the original document before relying on them.

5Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation
• Store or process documents you do not have the right to hold
• Interfere with the App's security or attempt to bypass App Lock on a device you do not own

6Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, name and logo, is owned by Audit Tax And Book Advisor and protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the App to you.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App, iCloud sync or AI features will be available, error-free or uninterrupted.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of documents or data, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its AI features.

9Termination

Your licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your devices.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

11Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
