1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Medi Guide – Medicine Info application (the "App") published by Audit Tax And Book Advisor ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or distribute the App.

3Not Medical Advice

The App provides medicine reference information for educational and informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, changing or combining any medication. Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the App. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

4Source of Information

Medicine information is retrieved from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's openFDA Drug Label API and is based on labels submitted by manufacturers. We display this information as provided, organised into sections for readability, with a link to the original FDA label.

openFDA data may be incomplete, delayed or contain errors, and it may not reflect products or labelling approved in your country. The FDA does not endorse this App. "Alternative medicines" are grouped by shared active ingredient and are not a recommendation that one product can replace another.

5Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation
• Interfere with the App's security or with the openFDA service, including automated or excessive requests
• Present the App's content as professional medical advice or as endorsed by the FDA

6Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, name and logo, is owned by Audit Tax And Book Advisor and protected by intellectual-property laws. FDA label content is public information provided by the FDA. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the App to you.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App or the openFDA service will be available, error-free or uninterrupted, or that the information shown is complete, current or accurate.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, health outcome, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.

9Termination

Your licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your devices.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

11Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
